Relocation Proposals and Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days.   The placement of an order for a service offered by Mari Marketing constitutes acceptance of the estimate or quotation and agreement to comply fully with all the Terms and Conditions. It forms a Contract for Business between the client and Mari Marketing.   When the client accepts the estimate or quotation, it indicates acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, and a deposit of 50% of the quoted fee will become immediately due. Work on the project will not commence until the 50% deposit has been received.   Unless expressly stated, all prices shall be in Euros (EUR). If additional duties or costs are introduced or changed after the conclusion of an Order, the Company shall be entitled to adjust the agreed prices accordingly.  

Fees and Payment Terms

The client is required to pay each invoice submitted by the Company within 14 Business Days of the invoice date. Payment is accepted by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque and Bank Transfer. All payments should state the invoice number clearly.   The client will be asked to provide a final project before the final invoice will be sent, and the remainder of the fees due will become payable. Release of the work carried out by Mari Marketing on behalf of the client may not occur before funds have cleared.   An account is considered in default if it remains unpaid for 30 days from the invoice date. Mari Marketing shall be deemed entitled to remove Mari Marketing’s and/or the client’s material from the website or online publications until the amount due has been fully paid. Outstanding accounts include any and all unpaid monies due for services, including, but not limited to, hosting, domain registration, design and maintenance.   Removal of such materials does not relieve the client of their obligation to pay the due amount. Clients whose accounts become default agree to pay Mari Marketing reasonable legal expenses and third-party collection agency fees to enforce these Terms and Conditions.   Mari Marketing will not be held responsible for any project over-runs, whatever the cause. The estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that Mari Marketing receives deposit funds in addition to all the received content.  

 Project Cancellation

Once any one of the Mari Marketing services has commenced, you may cancel the Services at any time by giving us 21 days’ notice with payment due until the expiry of the notice period.   If a client cancels and requests a refund on any order or part order before the project is finalized, then Mari Marketing reserves the right to keep a per cent % of the deposit to cover work already done. If a client cancels or requests a refund for a project already completed, Mari Marketing reserves the right to retain the full deposit to cover work already completed on the project.   Upon cancellation and refund request, Mari Marketing reserves the right to all the content and will not send the final or draft design content to the client. The website design and already designed pages will be taken down and Mari Marketing will not be held responsible for cancellations of Domain and Hosting fees.   If a client cancels without requesting a refund and does not want to proceed with the remainder of the project design. Mari Marketing reserves the right to retain the 50% deposit to cover work already completed and submit the completed designs that fall within the 50% deposit received.     

Dissatisfaction with the Service

If, for any reason, a client is not happy with the level of service received from Mari Marketing, they must contact Mari Marketing immediately at info@mari-marketing.com. You need to inform us of the following:

Mari Marketing reserves the right to use the services of sub-contractors, agents and suppliers and any work, content, services and usage is bound by their Terms and Conditions.   Mari Marketing will not knowingly perform any actions to contravene these Terms and Conditions, and the client also agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
